In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Without waiving any of its other rights under this Agreement, HOSTRAIN WEB SERVICES offers to its Customers a 7-day money-back guarantee on fees for hosting services. If for any reason you cancel your account within Seven (7) days starting from the day HOSTRAIN WEB SERVICES dispatch your welcome email including your account information or the day you place the order with us, whichever comes first. HOSTRAIN WEB SERVICES will refund your money with no questions asked; provided, however, that you have never previously obtained a refund under the 7-Day Guarantee. If you have ever previously obtained a refund under the 7-Day Guarantee, your account will be canceled, but no money will be refunded to you.
Changes to your service, including, but not limited to, adding new services, removing services, or changing the type of hosting plan you have do NOT make you eligible for an additional 7-Day Guarantee. The 7-Day Guarantee applies to your first order of Web hosting services from HOSTRAIN WEB SERVICES and does not apply to any changes to your service at any time.
Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services, this includes but not limited to Domain Registration, Domain Parking services, dedicated servers, virtual private servers and overage fees.

Requests received later than 7(Seven) days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period
